These days I've been kind of drifting with my own workouts while paying more attention to my clients. As I become more focused this week I'm going to be training a little for MMA by throwing together some intense full body circuits.
I know what you mean about paying attention to those clients... and letting your own training come and go... I'm there with ya too...
but that's why I wanted to put this network together... all of us together motivating and keeping ourselves accountable for ourselves... and to our clients. I mean, after all, if you're like me I just feel great working out, actually enjoy it. That comes through to your clients when you are also taking care of your own needs. Gotta walk the talk I suppose, huh?
But believe me, I understand... it's tough to fit it all in. Hang in there Jason... and keep up the awesome work.
Incidently, where do you feel your strengths are in MMA? Gone are the days when you had guys coming in so strong in one discipline (like boxing, grappling, etc). Now it's all about knowing and training around each of them. Just curious where you felt you were best with. Thinking about MMA competition?
