Hello Tribe!!
I frequently get asked if Warrior Workout is just for men, and I've got to tell from my heart the answer is a big resounding NOOOO!
We all have huge goals that we aspire to, lives not yet lived, experiences unfulfilled. Physical achievements to attain.
We all do, men and women.
So allow me this opportunity to break this name apart for you with how I define this...
Warrior: Any man or woman who has the courage to face their fears, and through their efforts make their lives (and bodies) far, far better. People who aspire to big goals. Competitive or otherwise. And I might add, you do not have to do this alone... you have a supportive tribe around you.
Not to mention me!
Workout: The journey, the process, the training, physical or otherwise that takes you from where you are today, to where you wish to be.
There... I hope that takes care of folks' #1 question to me.
P.S. I also add my personal thank you and salute to your striving, your dreams and your achievements for I truly believe we ALL become better when those amongst us become healthier and achieve what they aspire to!
