I love training with weights, strongman training, kettlebells, clubbells, bands, bodyweight exercise, combat training, sports specific training, core training, functional training, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, endurance training, HIIT, I believe that everything works provided the technique is good and there is progression. The variety keeps us motivated.
I'm a big believer in the use of corrective exercise and movement analysis to ensure that the exercise is helping and not leading to injury.
I love golf and anything to do with improvement at the game, including golf fitness.
