Dedication

Ancient warriors instinctively knew that their weapon was not just the sword but also their body and mind as well. It was not only the ability to wield the sword but a strong and fit body that determined their success in battle. Even with the best knowledge of tactics and skill, the sword in the hand of a warrior that was weak and passionless died at the hands of his enemy.
