I frequently get asked if Warrior Workout is just for men, and I've got to tell from my heart the answer is a big resounding NOOOO!

Dedication

Ancient warriors instinctively knew that their weapon was not just the sword but also their body and mind as well. It was not only the ability to wield the sword but a strong and fit body that determined their success in battle.
